EntRY requirements to Spain

​The requirements of entry depends, for example if the foreigner is a citizen  of EU or of a third country. However we can provide these general requirements, stated below:  

Requirements:

• Passport or other travel documents
• Visa (for example those that come from outside of EU)
• Justification of the object and the conditions of the entry and of the stay 
• Accreditation of the sufficient economic means , or justification of how to obtain them. 
• Presentation of a medical certificate
• Not being subject to a prohibition of entry
• Not supposing danger for the public health, the public order, the national security or the international relations of Spain or other States with which Spain have an agreement in this sense. 
• By humanitarian reasons, of public interest or fulfilling of commitments adquired by Spain, will be able to authorise  the entry in Spain to foreigners that do not fulfil the requirements mentioned
